Job description
Notre entreprise d'extermination est à la recherche d'une secrétaire temporaire pour un remplacement
de congé de maternité. Le poste est disponible dès maintenant afin de pouvoir fournir la formation
nécessaire avant le départ de notre secrétaire actuelle. La fin du remplacement est prévu à la fin avril,
mais il y a possibilité de prolongation.
Les tâches principales sont les suivantes :
- réception des appels et suivis avec les clients
- rédaction de courriels
- organisation des rendez-vous
- analyse et suivi des dossiers clients
Doit connaître la suite Microsoft.
