Job description
- Mise en place et maintien des processus et standards de dessins.
- Supervision d’une équipe de dessinateurs à l’interne.
- Collaboration avec des sous-traitants.
- Embauche et formation de nouveaux dessinateurs TEKLA au besoin.
- Supervision de la coordination BIM de nos projets lorsque requis.
Description des compétences : Capacité de travailler en équipe Expérience en gestion de personnel Connaissances du logiciel TEKLA ou expérience significative avec d’autres logiciels paramétriques similaires. Expérience pertinente en dessin de métaux ouvrés ou structures d’acier Maîtrise du français parlé et écrit. Intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies. La compagnie est active sur le marché américaine également, donc la maîtrise de l'anglais parlé et écrit est un atout.
