Stage en droit notarial permettant l'apprentissage de domaines variés en fonction des mandats confiés par la clientèle, dont:
- immobiliers (incluant déclaration de copropriété, convention d'indivision, servitude, etc.)
- succession
- testament-mandat
- contrat de grossesse pour autrui
- procédures non-contentieuses (incluant adoption d'une personne majeure, adoption d'une personne mineure, jugement déclaratif de décès, jugement en administration provisoire, etc.)
- célébration de mariage
- etc.
Le candidat(e) devra avoir les habiletés suivantes:
- rigueur et minutie
- capacité de travailler en équipe
- volonté de travailler avec le public
- etc.
