EFFECTUER LA DÉCOUPE, LE DÉSOSSAGE, LE PARAGE ET LE PORTIONNEMENT DES DIFFÉRENTES PIÈCES DE VIANDE;
PRÉPARER LES COUPES RÉGULIÈRES OU PARTICULIÈRES DEMANDÉES PAR LA CLIENTÈLE AINSI QUE LES PRODUITS HACHÉS ET PRÊTS À LA VENTE;
PESER, EMBALLER, ÉTIQUETER ET DISPOSER LES PRODUITS DANS LES COMPTOIRS.
VÉRIFIER LA FRAÎCHEUR ET LA ROTATION DES MARCHANDISES, ENTRETENIR ET DÉSINFECTER LES ÉQUIPEMENTS ET LES SURFACES DE TRAVAIL, RESPECTER LES NORMES D'HYGIÈNE, DE SALUBRITÉ ET DE SÉCURITÉ ALIMENTAIRE, CONSEILLER LES CLIENTS AU BESOIN.
