Job description
Pour un remplacement jusqu'au 4 décembre sûr, possibilité de plus, Il s'agit d'un poste de 35h/sem. du lundi au vendredi de 16h à 23h. La personne doit être diplômé.
L'intervenant devra :
- planifier et organiser des rencontres individuelles,
- aide à réaliser des plans d'intervention individuels,
- animer des ateliers de groupe,
- intervenir auprès de la personne hébergée dans la réalisation de leur plan d'intervention,
- intervenir en situation de crise,
- donner la médication telle que prescrite, etc.
