Job description
Poste d'intervenant social dans un organisme communautaire en hébergement jeunesse pour jeunes en difficulté 18-30 ans (mixte, LGBTQ+). Clientèle en réinsertion sociale, volet soutien et suivi démarches d'apprentissages de l'autonomie psychosociale et sociprofessionnelle ainsi que dans le développement des la stabilité résidentielle. Ce soutien et cet accompagnement se fait dans nos différents logements supervisés ainsi que dans nos autres points de service en hébergement transitoire. Possibilité de plus de 30hrs/semaine.
Posséder une voiture est un atout.
